I am a very active member in the community holding offices as President of the Barren County Family YMCA, treasurer of the Glasgow Lion Club, Chairman of the Glasgow-Barren County Community Foundation, board member of the Kentucky Real Estate Appraisers Board, board member of the Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions, and Chairman of the Crittenden County Economic Development Corporation. Also, I am involved in various tennis organizations throughout the state of Kentucky.

|Allen North is an Assistant Vice President in the Banking Supervision Division of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Currently, he oversees the Safety and Soundness field supervision for banks and bank holding companies in the states of Missouri, Tennessee, Illinois, and Mississippi and coordinates the District’s IT and Trust supervision activities. During his 24 year career at the Fed, he has held a number of leadership roles within the Division and has primarily focused on community banking.
North has led or participated in numerous interagency, System and local Reserve Bank initiatives, and is currently serving as the District’s representative on the Federal Reserve System’s Community Banking Organization Management Group. In addition to his regulatory experience, he has industry experience working in consulting, lending and special assets. North graduated cum laude from Murray State University in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and earned a Federal Reserve System examiner commission in 1997. He is married and has three sons.

|Dianna has been a professor of Finance in the College of Business for nearly 30 years. Dianna teaches in several banking schools including the American Bankers Association Business of Banking schools as well as the Kentucky's General Banking School and the Foundations of Banking School (formerly The Essentials of Banking School) and the Iowa School of Banking. She also taught for several years at the Graduate School of Banking of the South at LSU. Dianna has published articles in several journals including the Journal of Banking and Finance and Financial Review. She has served as a faculty representative on the University of Louisville’s University Club’s Board for three years. She currently serves on the board of directors of the Southern Finance Association.
